FORSKERE: Op til 95 %
lavere CO2-udslip med vegetarmad
Produktionen af soja, tofu og seitan udleder cirka 95 % færre drivhusgasser end produktionen af hakket kød, ifølge en ny beregning, som tænketanken Sustainable European Research Institute (SERI) har foretaget for Greenpeace og Vegetarierbund Deutschland. Samtidig kræves der 98 % mindre land til at producere de vegetariske alternativer sammenlignet med hakket kød.
